Background Criteria :
* University Graduate
* Major of study Mechanical Engineering/Chemical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Management

Experience Criteria :
* At least 3 years’ experience as Sales Area Manager/Account Manager/Sales Executive
* Experience Recruit and handling Distributors
* Experience in Direct Selling in Industrial or Mining Sector
* Good network with major companies
