Summary Responsibilities :
* Providing analysis on business process or system development to support continuous improvement initiative in Supply Chain department – MM System Section, in order to perform comprehensive analysis, feedback and improvement for Supply Chain excellence

Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) with GPA minimum 3.0
* Experienced on Business and System Analyst, SAP Consultant (IT Background)
* Technical compentencies:
o SAP skill
o Business procedure
o Project Management
o Functional Design Analysis
o .Net, .Asp Programming
* Good command in English; both speaking & written
* Proficient computer literacy

* Perform the function of Compensation & Benefit analysis, monitoring, and development

Requirements:
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from Economic, Management, Industrial Engineering, or Psychology
* Minimum 3 years experience in Human Resources are, exposure in Compensation & Benefit, preferably in Oil & Gas Industry
* Technical compentencies:
o C&B Analysis Development
o Job Evaluation & Analysis
* Good command in English; both speaking & written
* Proficient computer literacy (MS-Excel)
* Have strong analytical thinking, able to perform problem solving, and pro-active
* Certify GRP is preferable
